IPSEI — the International Platform for Sport Ethics & Integrity — is an independent, international digital platform created to connect the global clean sport ecosystem.

IPSEI was legally established on 11 December 2025 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and operates globally as a neutral, non-regulatory, and non-political platform.

IPSEI does not replace existing institutions, regulatory bodies, or governance structures. Instead, it provides digital infrastructure that enables visibility, coordination, and connection across the diverse and fragmented landscape of sport ethics and integrity.

 

Why IPSEI Exists

 

Despite a shared commitment to clean sport, the global integrity ecosystem remains highly fragmented. Events, professional opportunities, funding mechanisms, research outputs, and initiatives are dispersed across hundreds of institutional websites, mailing lists, and disconnected networks.

As a result:

1. Valuable opportunities are missed;
2. Information remains inaccessible to many regions and professionals;
3. Collaboration often depends on personal networks rather than open access.

IPSEI was created to address this fragmentation by offering one structured digital point of access for the global clean sport community.

 

What IPSEI Does Today

 

IPSEI operates through dedicated digital Hubs designed to support cooperation and capacity-building:

• Global Clean Sport Events Calendar
  A centralized, curated calendar of international and regional clean sport–related events.

• Global Clean Sport Recruitment Hub
  A platform for publishing and accessing professional opportunities, expert calls, and short-term assignments.

• Global Clean Sport Funding Hub
  A structured space for sharing funding calls, grants, and philanthropic opportunities related to sport ethics and integrity.

These Hubs are designed to increase visibility, reduce information asymmetry, and support global participation across regions and sectors.
