The International Platform for Sport Ethics & Integrity (IPSEI) has officially launched as an independent digital platform designed to improve visibility, navigation, and coordination across the global sport ethics and integrity landscape.

The platform responds to a growing challenge in the clean sport ecosystem: valuable initiatives, events, research, and professional opportunities are often dispersed across institutions and communication channels, making them difficult to discover, follow, and connect.

IPSEI provides a neutral digital infrastructure that brings together publicly available information in one accessible environment. Its purpose is to strengthen transparency and connectivity across the ecosystem — not to regulate it. IPSEI does not replace existing organisations or governance structures; it complements them by making information easier to access and professional exchange easier to facilitate.

According to its founder, Rufat Efendiyev, IPSEI was created to support the ecosystem as a whole by enabling connection through clarity: “Many valuable initiatives already exist. IPSEI’s role is to make that work easier to find, follow, and connect.”

IPSEI is open to a broad range of stakeholders, including anti-doping authorities, international sport organisations, researchers, experts, and organisations working across the wider field of sport ethics and integrity.

The platform operates globally and applies a transparent participation model intended to ensure long-term sustainability while remaining accessible.
