Message from the Founder
Dear Colleagues,
In recent years, the global sport community has been navigating an increasingly complex landscape shaped by new ethical challenges, fragmented information flows, rising expectations for transparency, and an urgent need for stronger international cooperation. Amid these realities, one truth has become unmistakably clear: clean sport can no longer rely on isolated efforts. It requires a connected world.
IPSEI — the International Platform for Sport Ethics & Integrity — was created in response to that need.
Throughout my professional journey in anti-doping, governance, research, and international cooperation, I have witnessed extraordinary dedication from organisations and individuals working to protect fair play and athlete well-being. At the same time, I have seen another reality: despite our shared mission, the clean sport ecosystem remains highly dispersed — with critical information scattered across dozens of institutions, hundreds of websites, and multiple unlinked networks.
Information is power — but only when it is accessible, structured, and shared.
IPSEI was created to help bridge this gap by providing practical infrastructure for visibility and coordination — not regulation and not enforcement.
Our vision is simple yet ambitious: to build a unified digital ecosystem for clean sport, bringing together events, professional opportunities, funding pathways, and global stakeholders within one accessible platform.
Through our three Hubs — the Global Clean Sport Events Calendar, the Global Clean Sport Recruitment Hub, and the Global Clean Sport Funding Hub — we aim to make collaboration easier, reduce duplication, and help the global community connect the right people with the right opportunities at the right time.
Yet IPSEI is more than a set of tools. It is a growing community grounded in shared values: integrity, transparency, innovation, inclusiveness, and respect. We believe that every stakeholder — from national anti-doping authorities and international federations to research institutions, civil society organisations, and emerging innovators — should have a place in shaping the future of sport ethics and integrity.
