Our Mission

IPSEI’s mission is to connect the global clean sport ecosystem by providing a neutral, digital space where information, opportunities, and initiatives related to sport ethics and integrity are visible, accessible, and structured.

IPSEI does not represent institutions, replace existing organizations, or perform regulatory or advocacy functions. Instead, it serves as a connector and facilitator — helping diverse actors across the clean sport landscape to find each other, share information, and engage more effectively.

By addressing fragmentation and information silos, IPSEI supports cooperation, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building among organizations and professionals working to protect the integrity of sport.

Our Vision

IPSEI envisions a globally connected clean sport ecosystem in which collaboration is enabled by transparency, accessibility, and shared understanding.

We see a future where key actors — including anti-doping authorities, international sport organizations, research institutions, civil society, innovators, and funding bodies — operate within a common digital environment that enhances visibility of events, professional opportunities, and funding mechanisms.

In this ecosystem, information flows across borders and sectors without barriers, opportunities reach a broader and more diverse community, and cooperation becomes a natural complement to existing governance, regulatory, and representative structures.
