WADA opens registration for its 2026 Regional Symposium for the Americas in Lima
The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has opened registration for its 2026 Regional Symposium for the Americas, which will be held in Lima, Peru, on 13–14 August 2026.
The Symposium will focus on preparations for the implementation of the 2027 World Anti-Doping Code and International Standards, bringing together anti-doping stakeholders from across the Americas region.
According to WADA, the event will aim to inform stakeholders, build confidence and strengthen collaboration across the region as the global anti-doping community prepares for the next Code implementation cycle.

For National and Regional Anti-Doping Organizations, public authorities, sport bodies and other clean sport stakeholders in the Americas, the Symposium represents an important opportunity to follow WADA’s implementation guidance and engage in regional dialogue ahead of the entry into force of the 2027 Code and Standards.
